By purchasing or using products from The Digital Market Store, you agree to use them responsibly and in accordance with these conditions.

Digital products

Products are digital downloads for desktop or laptop use. No physical item will be shipped. Browser apps run locally in a modern browser and do not require a subscription or online account.

License and permitted use

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the purchased app for your own business or organization. Do not resell, redistribute, share, or present the app or its files as your own product.

Backups and business decisions

You are responsible for exporting backups and keeping them safe. Apps are organizational tools, not legal, tax, accounting, insurance, safety, or regulatory advice. You remain responsible for reviewing prices, taxes, records, business practices, and local requirements.

Support and digital-download issues

Digital downloads are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations. If there is a problem with your download or order, contact us at support@thedigitalmarket.store and we will work with you to resolve it. Help is available with downloading, opening, setup, and backups.

Upgrade credit

Where a Windows desktop edition is available, a browser-app purchase receives full purchase credit toward that desktop edition.
